Submissions
Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
- Author details have been provided.
- An abstract has been provided.
- 3 to 5 keywords have been provided.
- Funding details, where applicable, have been provided.
- A disclosure statement, where applicable, has been provided.
- Figures are of high quality (1200 dpi for line art, 600 dpi for grayscale and 300 dpi for colour, at the correct size). Figures should be supplied in one of our preferred file formats: EPS, SVG, PS, PNG, JPEG, GIF, or Microsoft Word (DOC or DOCX).
- Tables have been provided in an editable format.
- Equations have been provided in an editable format.
- SI units are used.
